Goals
Maintenance of a high standard of care for all children;
- Achievement of accreditation to the highest level;
- Maintenance of a developmentally appropriate program which reflects the philosophies of members and accreditation principles;
- Management of the financial viability of the co-operative through monitoring of utilisation and costs;
- Involvement of, and communication with, parents, staff and the community;
- To provide opportunities for staff professional development and training
- Evaluation of the achievement of these goals
