Health Info

Managing the health and wellbeing of the young children attending our service is one of Moreland Community Child Care Centres’ primary objectives. There are strict processes in place to ensure all protocols around infectious diseases and illness are in accordance with recognised guidelines. Our policies and procedures are regularly reviewed by our management team as well as our parent-run Committee of Management.

As per government-legislated ‘No Jab, No Play’ requirements, all children enrolled after 1 January 2016 must be immunised, unless exempt on medical grounds.

We also adhere to national guidelines for managing and recording incident and injuries, managing medical conditions and the implementation of health, hygiene and safe food practices.
