Fines – to pay for staff overtime – are imposed on parents who collect their children after closing time. Repeated late collection may result in forfeiture of the child care placement.

The centres are closed on all public holidays. staff professional development days and over the Christmas break (approximately two weeks). Parents are not charged for public holidays.
